The Contractor shall provide travel orders processing support services. The Contractor must possess full understanding and experience of federal and DoD policies, processes, procedures and systems - including Defense Travel System - used to enable worldwide travel.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Contractor shall execute travel arrangement coordination with travelers and designated DoD Commercial Travel Offices.
Contractor must inform travelers on travel requirements, allowances, limitations, and process travel claims, coordinate settlement actions with associated finance/disbursing entities, assist the Government Travel Charge Program Manager, and support the Director, Personnel Admin Center.
Contractor shall provide a capability to process (from inception to settlement), a minimum of 450 up to a maximum of 2,800 travel claims per month.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years government travel management experience
At least two years' experience using Defense Travel System
At least two years' experience working with DoD Commercial Travel Offices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Current passport and be willing to travel and work OCONUS

Typical office environment:
Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels.
Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30–50 pounds.
Manual Dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components.
Must be able to view computer screens for long periods.
Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights.
Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation.
May require walking between different buildings or workstations.
Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users.
May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issues
