Job Description:
The Contractor Supports CI/HUMINT Characterization (CHARC) of human networks; conducts analysis and database maintenance to support counterintelligence and HUMINT operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Contractor shall provide CI/HUMINT analysis, CI/HUMINT targeting, collection management, utilization of CI/HUMINT databases, and utilization of CI/HUMINT systems in support of MARCENT forces.
Contractor shall develop and review MARCENT CI/HUMINT requirements, targeting support, and analytical products in order to draft recommendations for submission to higher, adjacent, and supporting units.
Contractor shall manage classified reports and briefs in accordance with protocol, as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
Four+ years' experience in CI/HUMINT analysis
Two+ years' experience in CI/HUMINT collection management
One year theater- or operational-level collection management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Current passport and be willing to travel and work OCONUS

Typical office environment:
Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods.
Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels.
Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30–50 pounds.
Manual Dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components.
Must be able to view computer screens for long periods.
Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights.
Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation.
May require walking between different buildings or workstations.
Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users.
May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issues
