Position Description: The Cybersecurity Operations & Sustainment Administrator maintains and monitors enterprise IT security operations using tools such as Splunk, SolarWinds, SCCM, and Cisco logging systems for our Office of Naval Intelligence sponsor in Suitland MD. This position ensures continuous compliance with DoD STIGs, SRGs, and RMF requirements while sustaining the overall cybersecurity posture of enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
Monitor enterprise systems with Splunk dashboards, correlation rules, and compliance alerts.
Operate and sustain SolarWinds monitoring tools for real-time health and security compliance tracking.
Perform patch sustainment, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reporting using SCCM.
Conduct daily review of Windows, Cisco, and enterprise logs for anomalies and security events.
Develop and maintain compliance reports for ATO, RMF, and STIG validation.
Coordinate with ISSOs, engineers, and administrators to ensure findings are remediated promptly.
Sustain documentation of operational procedures and compliance artifacts.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance.
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
5+ years of experience with Splunk or other SIEM tools in DoD/IC environments.
Experience with SCCM, Windows patch sustainment, and compliance reporting.
Familiarity with DoD STIGs, SRGs, and vulnerability management processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SolarWinds or similar enterprise monitoring solutions.
Prior Tier 2/3 operations center or SOC experience.
CySA+ or CEH certification.
Work Environment & Conditions: Work performed in secure facilities, supporting 24/7 operational environments. Shift flexibility may be required for coverage.

Travel: Up to 10% local CONUS travel
