Job Description:
Sources prospects, determines applicant suitability, and processes pipeline candidates for variety of corporate and contract roles. Manages hiring pipeline by coordinating Careers Team and hiring manager actions. Telework position with less than five percent of billed time spent traveling. Must be periodically available during US East Coast business hours.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Source prospects from available job boards, social media, and applicant tracking system
Provide initial screening and evaluation of applicant qualifications
Support Senior recruiter to develop specific recruiting plans for each open position
Support Senior Recruiter to coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow-up on interview notes and select/non-select outcomes
Confer with HR Director to determine effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Develop and execute OFCCP-compliant recruiting strategies
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, colleges, social media, and employees
Perform other role appropriate duties as required
Required Qualifications
Four to Five years' Experience recruiting to Information Technology and Information Assurance roles
Four to Five years’ experience recruiting to various professional and administrative roles
Three years’ experience recruiting to budget and accounting roles
Demonstrable knowledge of OFCCP guidelines
Proficient in sourcing roles on job boards and social media platforms
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Exhibit professional qualities:
Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats
Work unsupervised, independently, or as part of a team
Ability to work effectively with senior staff and hiring managers
Multi-task among numerous recruiting projects
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with Business, HR, or Management major
