Job Title: Senior Motion GEOINT Specialist


Job Description:

Analyze Motion GEOINT and produce Motion GEOINT products tailored to requests for information covering the FMV analysis and reporting process. Requires working daytime, non-daytime, weekend, and holiday shifts.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities 
 
  • Analyze Motion GEOINT and produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports and publish for distribution
  • Compile intelligence materials for use in briefings to high-level government personnel
  • Understand the basic intelligence cycle/process

Required Qualifications
 
  • Minimum 10-years of combined education and Motion GEOINT (aka Full Motion Video/FMV) analysis and production process experience
  • Graduate of basic Intelligence course
  • Working knowledge of Remote View or comparable Electronic Light Table (ELT) software
  • Willing to support 24/7/365 operations on any shift as an integral part of a team
  • Able to perform geo-locational mensuration functions, extracts coordinates and positional relationships from digital database systems.
  • Able to prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) and drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing
  • Able to compile, segregate, evaluate, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence information to support operations
  • Able to work rapidly in high tempo, high stress team environment that requires multi-tasking
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired Qualifications
 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with self-accountability and foster positive customer relationships
  • Well versed in use of internet relay chat
  • Skilled in data mining using various intelligence reporting tools, open-source reporting, and other intelligence sources
  • Knowledgeable with ArcGIS
  • Ability to maintain geospatial databases
  • Knowledge of intelligence organizations and systems; collection and reporting systems, intelligence information sources; techniques of identifying, collating, evaluating, and analyzing information
  • Knowledge of geographical and cultural aspects of foreign countries; military capabilities and weapon systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal to no oversight.

Education Requirements: 
 
  • Associate, Bachelors, or Graduate-level degree
    • Sum of combined education and work experience must be a minimum of 10-years

Security Clearance Requirements: 
 
  • Top Secret/SCI, ability to obtain/maintain special clearances and access beyond TS/SCI, as required

Physical Requirements:
 
  • Requires remaining in a stationary position either sitting or standing (50%), Maneuver between mission environments (15%), Near Acuity (100%), Color determination (accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow on a video monitor screen), Speaking (100%), Listening (100%), Sight (100%), Use of fingers and hands to manipulate computer keyboard and other office equipment (100%)
