Job Title: Senior ISR Staff Consultant

Job Description:

Provide long-term insight and expertise to support Air Force DCGS programming, capability planning, force posture and the application of big data analytics to support the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 
 

• Develop, compare, and evaluate wing-level programming and planning through evaluation of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) solutions
• Utilize technical knowledge and analysis of AF DCGS to provide high-level functional analysis, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems
• Conduct integrated/iterative analysis of alternatives considering lead command requirements, existing operational procedures, unit manning/staffing (numbers, skills, experience level, training), technical baseline, facilities, test and accreditation, costs, and available technologies
• Participates as needed in all phases of research and development with an emphasis on the planning, programming, and integration phases
• Applies principles and knowledge of the functional area to advise on policy and doctrine while providing regular technical presentations to government customers for consideration
• Other professional taskings as required

Required Qualifications
 

• Six-plus years AF DCGS Enterprise Experience
• Eight-plus years NAF/MAJCOM/HAF Programmatic Experience
• Manpower/Force Presentation Analysis Experience
• Exhibit professional qualities:
  • Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats
  • Work unsupervised, independently, or as part of a team
  • Ability to work effectively with executives, peers, and juniors
  • Multi-task among numerous projects

Desired Qualifications
 

• Master’s degree in any discipline (or a bachelor’s degree and 10 additional years’ experience)

• Top Secret/SCI
